Generous portion sizes keep guests satisfied without breaking the bank, a feature that patrons rave about.

Customer service shines through with staff noted for their friendliness and efficiency, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.

The quality of food stands out, with fish always cooked fresh and seasoned just right. Many customers particularly love the crispy batter on their favorite fish, typically the haddock or rock salmon. This consistent quality builds strong customer loyalty, with many returning for their favorites.

The kids' meals are a hit, making Frydays a family-friendly choice where everyone finds something to enjoy.

Most Disliked

Occasionally, busy periods can lead to longer wait times. Customers recommend beating the rush by visiting during off-peak hours, typically during weekdays early in the lunch service.

While many enjoy the traditional fish and chips, those seeking alternative dining options might feel limited by the menu. Although Frydays focuses on fried variety, the selection accommodates all tastes within that niche.

Some reviews suggest that the seating can be limited during peak times, making it challenging for larger groups to find a table. Additionally, takeout is often preferred due to the high demand.

I really enjoy visiting Frydays for Fish and chips. Service is 2nd to none. I will say however, the food (chips) are hit and miss, sometimes you grab a fantastic bag, hot and fresh, others it's mid with chips sitting in the tray on the cold side. That's down to me to some extent as I really need tk ask for fish chips, but as a regular you'd think they'd look after you on these things? Reasonably priced, just always ask to wait and get a fresh bag!!
